James Walker

Before creating online complaint resolution tool Resolver, James Walker had a background in innovation for retail, software and telecoms technology. He has headed up innovation teams for B&Q parent Kingfisher PLC, EzGov & Belgacom Group, and lists the Government Green Deal, the first 12-hour loft conversion and the pilot for Wi-Fi on the London Underground as his major innovation projects.

Walker, who fights for people’s consumer rights, believes companies should embrace complaints as a vital mine of information to improve customer service. His aim for Resolver is to engineer a fundamental change in the way we complain – in how, when and why!
